Why we added our Camino programs
Every year, thousands of pilgrims cross Galicia through the different Camino Routes on a life-changing experience that leads them to Santiago. However, most of them never connect with the true spirit of this land of magic, flavours and music.
That’s why we’ve designed gastronomic and heritage experiences plans to add to the camino routes that upgrade your Camino experiences that offer a deeper connection to our land.
While the focus is on the Camino, you will leave knowing more about our culture and the places you walk by.
Focus to enhance, planned specifically for the Camino
There are so many things, experiences and activities that can be done near the Camino that is sometimes overwhelming. But most of them are not suitable for someone who has just arrived from a 6-hour long walk.
That’s why our Camino offer adapts to the season, the weather and your personal interests. We focus on tradition and/or gastronomy so you don’t miss anything while you walk.
All without adding additional miles to your feet or having to manage transport or an English-speaking assistant.

As explorers ourselves, we understand why many pilgrims live this experience on their own. It is an incredible journey that allows for different travel styles and group sizes.
However, business wise, there are so many amazing partners already providing the planning and infrastructure at the Camino, that it doesn’t make sense to do that part ourselves.
That’s why if you want to do one of our Camino plans, we will work together with the Troulanders partner that best suits your travel style and needs, combining our expertise in experiences with their expertise on Camino.
