These consultations take place online with one of our Galicia travel experts.

Step 1: Select a format and time that suits you.

Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email with a link to a Google Meet call and a short questionnaire.

Step 3: We will meet online at the chosen time. You can use this time however you’d like. We will also have a prepared list of notes based on your questionnaire.

Extra:

If you have booked our Full Itinerary or our Travel Expert Consultation + notes: About two weeks after the consultation, you will receive follow-up notes and a personalised travel guide based on the call. You will also have email access to us for up to two weeks after receiving this email if you have any follow-up questions about what we discussed.

Prices:

Please note that the prices for Tailor-Made Full Itineraries service are non-refundable travel planning deposits.

An exact quote will be provided based on availability and the size of your group for your chosen dates. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the booking of the proposed Itinerary, once it has been confirmed.

Recommendations:

Travel Expert Consultations and Short Consultations are not intended for creating full, day-by-day itineraries or designing travel days hour by hour. Clients requiring in-depth travel planning, ongoing support or day-by-day itineraries should book the Full Itinerary service.

Short consultations are limited to reviewing the pre-set expedition itineraries. To make the most of this service, we recommend downloading the itineraries in advance.
